To be eligible for the SPP Premier Partner Program, you have to sign up as a Seagate Partner Program (SPP) member at SPP.Seagate.com and be nominated as a Seagate Premier Partner (SPPP member) by our Customer Relationship Managers in your area. Only nominated SPP Premier Partners are eligible to participate in the SPP Premier Rewards Program during the program period.
Rewards Points will be available to SPP Premier Partner based on the distributor's POS reports and if SPP Premier Partner has complied with all other Rewards Program requirements.
SPP Premier Partner must meet the defined minimum unit volume purchase during the program period in order to be eligible to redeem the rewards points earned. Rewards points earned during a program period that did not meet the minimum target requirements for that program period will not be eligible for any rebates or rewards for that period, and will be forfeited at the beginning of a new program period.
Rewards points earned may be redeemed for hard drives, co marketing funds, incentives trips, gifts or cash depending on the country you are from. Seagate reserves the right to replace any of the rewards redemption items or pay in cash and rewards redeemed will be non transferable.
Prizes/Gifts redeemed do not cover any incidental expenses like visa fees, local cartage, taxes, personal expenses etc.
Seagate will not be liable for any defect or deficiency in, or in respect to any product or service being offered as prize/ gift/ reward.
Seagate has the right to disqualify any partner participation if the partner is found to be violating Seagate rules.
Seagate reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of the program at any time. All decisions made by Seagate are final.
